Legend Agency is proud to announce that our client, Super Bowl champion and NFL analyst Jason McCourty, has re-signed a new multi-year agreement with ESPN ahead of the 2026 NFL season. The deal ensures Jason remains a central voice in the network’s year-round NFL coverage and will see him appear exclusively on ESPN platforms, including throughout the upcoming season. Entering his third year with the network, Jason will continue to be a fixture across ESPN’s signature studio shows — including NFL Live, Get Up, First Take, and SportsCenter — as the company builds toward its historic first-ever presentation of the Super Bowl in February 2027. Since joining ESPN ahead of the 2024 season, Jason has established himself as a trusted and versatile analyst, bringing the perspective of a true NFL veteran to every conversation.
That veteran perspective was earned over a 13-year NFL career defined by consistency, leadership, and championship pedigree. Jason played his collegiate football at Rutgers before being selected by the Tennessee Titans in the sixth round of the 2009 NFL Draft, going on to also suit up for the Cleveland 
Browns, New England Patriots, and Miami Dolphins. The crowning achievement of his playing career came in Super Bowl LIII, when Jason helped anchor a Patriots defense that held the Los Angeles Rams without a touchdown — and shared that championship moment with his twin brother, Devin, making them the first twins in history to win a Super Bowl as teammates. It remains one of the most heartwarming stories in modern NFL history, a testament to the bond between two brothers who built parallel careers at the highest level of the sport.
Jason’s transition into broadcasting following his 2022 retirement has been every bit as accomplished as his playing career. He joined NFL Network’s Emmy Award-winning Good Morning Football as a co-host just months after stepping away from the game, quickly earning the Sports Illustrated Sports Media Award for Best Replacement. In 2024, he expanded his footprint further, taking on a role as a game analyst for CBS Sports while also joining ESPN’s daily NFL lineup — a dual presence that speaks to both his credibility and his demand across the industry.
Beyond the broadcast booth, Jason’s true legacy lives in his work in the community. During his playing career, he earned nominations for the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award, the Muhammad Ali Sports Humanitarian Award, and the Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award, and he and Devin were inducted into the Rutgers University Hall of Distinguished Alumni — the highest honor the university bestows on its graduates. In 2013, the brothers launched their “Tackle Sickle Cell” campaign in partnership with Embrace Kids Foundation, an initiative that has since raised over $3 million to support families battling the disease, a cause deeply personal to the McCourty family. Jason also currently serves on the Boston Medical Center Philanthropic Trust, continuing his commitment to accessible healthcare in the Boston community.
